Security Notice: syukur 98 will never ask for your password, eWallet PIN, or OTP via email, SMS, or live chat. If you receive any such request, it is a fraudulent attempt. Do not share sensitive information with anyone claiming to be from syukur 98.
No worries — it happens to everyone. Just follow the simple steps below to reset your syukur 98 account password.
On the syukur 98 login page, click the "Forgot Password?" link located next to the password field. This will take you to the password reset page.
Enter the Malaysian phone number you used when registering your syukur 98 account. Make sure it is the same number and is still active, as the verification code will be sent to that number.
You will receive an SMS OTP to your registered phone number. Enter the OTP within the specified time limit to verify that you are the rightful owner of the syukur 98 account.
Once OTP verification is successful, you can set a new password for your syukur 98 account. Choose a strong password — at least 8 characters with a mix of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
Still Having Trouble? If you don't receive the OTP or run into issues during the password reset process, contact the syukur 98 support team via 24/7 live chat. Have your full name and registered phone number ready for identity verification. We'll help you regain access to your account as quickly as possible.
Quick troubleshooting guide for the most commonly reported syukur 98 login issues.
Make sure Caps Lock is off — the syukur 98 password is case-sensitive. Try re-entering it carefully. If it still fails after three attempts, use the "Forgot Password" function to reset your password via OTP.
Check that your phone has a strong signal and is not in aeroplane mode. Make sure the number you entered is a valid, active Malaysian number. Wait at least 2 minutes before requesting a new OTP. If the issue persists, contact syukur 98 live chat support.
Your syukur 98 account will be temporarily locked after several consecutive failed login attempts as a security measure. Wait 30 minutes before trying again, or contact our 24/7 customer support to have your account unlocked immediately after identity verification.

Logging in to syukur 98 is straightforward — but there are a few security practices we strongly recommend to all members to keep your account protected at all times. Not because we doubt you, but because cyber threats targeting online betting accounts are real and should never be taken lightly.
First things first: use a unique password for your syukur 98 account — don't reuse the same password you use for your email, social media, or any other platform. If one of those platforms is ever compromised, the same password could be used to attempt access to your syukur 98 account. Choose a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols that's hard to guess.
Second, enable two-factor authentication (2FA) in your syukur 98 account settings if you have not already done so. With 2FA, even if someone obtains your password, they will still need the OTP from your phone to log in. It is a highly effective security layer that only takes about 30 extra seconds each time you log in.
Third, avoid logging in to your syukur 98 account over unsecured public Wi-Fi — such as at mamak stalls, shopping malls, or airports — without using a VPN. Unsecured public networks can allow third parties to intercept your session data. If you need to log in while out, use your mobile data instead, which is considerably safer.
Fourth, always log out of your syukur 98 account when you're done playing — especially if you're using a device shared with family members or friends. The syukur 98 platform has an automatic logout function after a period of inactivity, but it's good practice to log out manually after every session.
Fifth, regularly review your account login history under syukur 98 Account Settings. If you notice any suspicious login activity from an unfamiliar location or device, change your password immediately and contact our support team via live chat for further action.
One more important point: syukur 98 will never send an email or SMS asking you to log in via a link in the message. If you receive any message that appears to be from syukur 98 asking you to click a link to log in or verify your account, it is a phishing attempt. Access the syukur 98 platform only through the official URL syukur98.net, typed directly into your browser.
Additional Security Tips: Enable login notifications in your syukur 98 account settings. Every time a login attempt is made on your account — whether successful or not — you'll receive an SMS notification. This helps you act quickly if there's any unauthorised access attempt.
Make sure all of the following steps are completed to fully protect your account.
